Western grain fed meat all natural, no antibiotics from Midwest.

 

2.  Why is your meat so good and tender? 

It is strictly fresh beef that we age and trim to a proper thickness for cooking.

 

3.  Why is your chicken so much better that store bought?

It is shipped in weekly, strictly fresh and we buy only the top quality all natural chicken..

 

4.  Why go to Nessle Bros. and not the supermarket?  

We have a large variety of top quality meats that we cut to your specifications taken care of by a friendly staff of our family members. We offer many homemade products exclusively our recipes that “no one” has but us.

 

5.  Where are you located?

We are conveniently located 4 miles south of Greenwich on County Route 74. Use 2835 on your GPS or Onstar. We are less than 1 hr from all your major cities, Albany, Troy, Saratoga, Glens Falls, Schenectady, and Bennington. 6.  How can I order?

Call in your order to 518-692-9366. We occasionally have phone issues- if no one answers during normal business hours, please call 518-791-7762. You will always talk to a person and we can discuss your options and packaging and a time for pick up.

 

7.  Do I have to buy in large quantities?

No!! You can buy one pound or a side of beef. Many come in and buy their weekly needs while others choose from our many packages we offer for your freezer from the "Party Pack" right up to our most popular stock up package “Our Combo”. You can buy beef, pork, chicken, some fish, etc.

 

8.  Do you smoke meat that you don’t process?

Yes. You can bring in your hams, and bacons for us to smoke as long as they are clean and you call before you bring them in. We smoke with hickory and hardwood chips for a wonderful flavor. Try us!!!
